To configure basic wireless settings of TP-Link 11AC router, follow the steps below:

Connect your computer or mobile device to the router's wireless network.

Open a web browser and enter the router's IP address into the address bar. The default IP address of most TP-Link routers is 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. Enter your username and password to log in. The default username and password are usually "admin".

Once you're logged in, navigate to the wireless settings page. This can usually be found under the "Wireless" or "Wi-Fi" tab.

Configure the following settings:

  • Wireless Network Name (SSID): This is the name of your wireless network. Choose a unique name that is easy to remember.

  • Wireless Password: This is the password that users will need to enter to connect to your wireless network. Choose a strong and secure password.

  • Encryption Type: Choose WPA2-PSK (AES) as the encryption type for maximum security.

  • Wireless Channel: Choose a channel that is least crowded in your area. You can use a Wi-Fi analyzer app to find the least crowded channel.

Once you have configured the settings, click "Save" or "Apply" to save the changes.

Restart the router to ensure that the changes take effect.

That's it! Your basic wireless settings should now be configured. You can now connect to your wireless network using the network name (SSID) and password you configured.
