To register a TP-Link ID on the web interface of the TD-W9960 modem router, follow these steps:
Connect to the router: Connect your computer or mobile device to the TD-W9960 modem router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
Access the web interface: Open a web browser and enter the default IP address of the router (192.168.1.1) into the address bar. Enter your login credentials if prompted.
Go to the TP-Link ID settings: In the web interface, go to "Advanced" > "System Tools" > "TP-Link Cloud Service" to access the TP-Link ID settings.
Register a TP-Link ID: Click the "Create a TP-Link ID" button to register a new TP-Link ID. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your email address and password, and to verify your account.
Verify your TP-Link ID: Once you've registered your TP-Link ID, you'll receive an email with a verification link. Click the link to verify your account.
Log in with your TP-Link ID: Once your TP-Link ID is verified, you can log in to the web interface of the router using your TP-Link ID and password. This will allow you to remotely manage your router and access advanced features such as cloud backups and firmware updates.
Note that registering a TP-Link ID is optional, and you can still access and manage the router using the local web interface without registering an account.
