To configure wireless MAC filtering on the TD-W9970 modem router, follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the modem router: Connect your computer to the modem router either via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.

  2. Access the router settings: Open your web browser and enter the IP address of the router into the address bar. Log in to the web interface using your administrator credentials.

  3. Navigate to the Wireless MAC Filtering settings: In the web interface, go to "Wireless" > "Wireless MAC Filtering" to access the MAC filtering settings.

  4. Enable Wireless MAC Filtering: Click the "Enable" button to enable the Wireless MAC Filtering function.

  5. Add MAC addresses: Click the "Add" button to add a MAC address to the list of allowed or denied devices. You can choose to allow or deny access to each device by selecting the appropriate option.

  6. Save your settings: Once you have configured the MAC filtering settings, click "Save" to apply the changes to the router.

With MAC filtering set up, only devices with MAC addresses that are allowed on the list will be able to connect to your wireless network. This helps to improve the security of your network by preventing unauthorized devices from connecting to your network.
